Keshet Australia is a joint venture between Keshet International and RACAT, the production group owned by former Fox networks executive David Haslingden that includes NHNZ, Beach House Pictures and Northern Pictures. Under the joint venture, RACAT's Northern Pictures has the rights to over 50 Keshet International properties that it will look to reproduce under the Keshet Australia banner for the local market. The RACAT group produces over 200 hours of programming for broadcasters including Discovery, National Geographic, History Channel, A&E Networks, NHK, ABC and TVNZ.
 

Keshet International is the global banner for all of Keshet's operations outside of Israel. Headed by Managing Director Alon Shtruzman, KI encompasses the company’s distribution arm as well as its local production outposts around the world including Keshet UK and Keshet Canada.
